Here's a little about each wine:
2023 Bourbon White: Made from 42% Sauv Blanc, 34% Muscat, 20% Riesling,4% Gewurztraminer this white blend was aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for 10 months. Medium bodied and dry. Notes of clementine, gooseberry & bourbon. ABV: 12%, 4g/L residual sugar. Pairing Suggestions: Creamy pasta dishes, shrimp scampi, roast turkey.
2023 Viognier: 100% Viognier aged in French oak for 18 months. Medium to full bodied and bone dry. Expect notes of peach, apricot, vanilla & biscotti. ABV: 14%, 1 g/L residual sugar. Suggested Pairings: Turkey, roast chicken, salmon.
2021 Cabernet Merlot: A smooth blend of Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%), and Cabernet Franc (10%) aged for 24 months in a combination of French and American oak. This wine is medium to full bodied with a chewy tannin finish. Expect elegant notes of black currant, plum, vanilla, and oak spice. ABV: 13.5%, 3 g/L residual sugar. Suggested Pairings: Steak, roasts, and hearty bean dishes.
2021 Ripasso: This wine is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, made from the grapes grown on our estate. Created in the Italian winemaking Ripasso, this wine is full bodied and dry with notes of cherry, chocolate, and vanilla. ABV: 14%, 5 g/L residual sugar. Pairing Suggestions: Prime rib, hearty stews, mushroom risotto.
2021 Gamay Noir Reserve:Made from 100% Estate Grown Gamay Noir grapes aged in French Oak for 30 months. It is bolder than your typical Gamay Noir due to barrel aging. Deep ruby in colour, it is medium bodied, dry and has elegant notes of strawberry, red plum, cedar and oak spice. ABV: 13.5%, 2 g/L residual sugar. Pairing suggestions: Roast Chicken Dishes, Pork Loin, and any classic Thanksgiving dishes.
2019 Late Harvest Vidal: Sweet & balanced dessert wine with a rich texture. Notes of ripe peach, apricot, & honey. Suggested Pairings: fruit tarts and pies with a nutty crust or pour directly over vanilla ice cream.
