Here's a little about each wine:

Blanc de Blancs Sparkling: This crisp & bubbly wine is made from 51% Riesling, 19% Muscat, 15% Sauv Blanc, 13.5% Gewurztraminer, and 1.5% Viognier. It’s produced in the Charmat style and has notes of white florals, citrus, and lychee. Perfect to toasting to the holidays and another amazing year! Pairing Suggestions: Appetizers, shrimp cocktail, roast turkey or chicken, shortbread cookies (our favourite!)

2023 Viognier: 100% Viognier aged in French oak for 18 months. Medium to full bodied and bone dry. Expect notes of peach, apricot, vanilla & biscotti. Pairing Suggestions: Roast turkey, honey glazed ham, butternut squash soup.

2020 Cabernet Franc Reserve: 100% Cabernet Franc aged in a combination of French and American Oak for 36 months. Expect a full bodied, bold, with notes of blueberry pie, raspberry, vanilla, and cedar. Pairing suggestions: Beef tenderloin, roast beef, lamb, mushroom risotto.
