Here's a little about each wine:

Blanc de Blancs Sparkling: A light and crisp sparkling blend made from Riesling, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Viognier. Expect notes of white florals, citrus, and lychee. ABV 12%, 16g of sugar/L

2023 Viognier: 100% Viognier aged in French Oak for 18 months. Medium bodied & dry with notes of peach, apricot, vanilla, and biscotti. ABV 14%, 1g of sugar/L

2023 Violet: A blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Viognier aged in French oak for 18 months. Notes of raspberry, poached peaches, & delicate violets. ABV 13.3%, 2g of sugar/L
