Here's a little about each wine:

Blanc de Blancs Sparkling: A light and crisp sparkling blend made from Riesling, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Viognier. Expect notes of white florals, citrus, and lychee. ABV 12%, 16g of sugar/L

2023 Bourbon White: A blend of 42% Sauv Blanc, 34% Muscat, 20% Riesling,4% Gewurztraminer aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for 10 months. Notes of clementine, gooseberry & bourbon. ABV 12%, 4g of sugar/L

2023 Viognier: Medium bodied and dry 100% Viognier. Aged in French oak for 18 months. Notes of peach, apricot, vanilla & biscotti. ABV 14%, 1g of sugar/L

2024 Gamay Rose: 100% estate grown Gamay Noir. Medium bodied & off-dry with notes of strawberry, raspberry & cranberry. ABV 11%, 20g of sugar/L

2019 Bourbon Red: A full bodied, dry, and smooth partial appassimento Cabernet Merlot aged in Jim Beam bourbon barrels. Notes of bourbon, cherry, blackberry & chocolate. ABV 14.9%, 3g of sugar/L

2023 Violet: A blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Viognier aged in French oak for 18 months. Notes of raspberry, poached peaches, & delicate violets. ABV 13.3%, 2g of sugar/L
