Our 2019 Bourbon Red is a Partial Appassimento style Cabernet Merlot aged in French and American Oak for 18 months, then finished in Bourbon barrels for 6 months.

Full bodied, dry, and smooth. Expect notes of cherry, vanilla, and allspice with a delicious hint of Bourbon on the finish.
