Blanc de Blancs Sparkling: This crisp & bubbly wine is made from 51% Riesling, 19% Muscat, 15% Sauv Blanc, 13.5% Gewurztraminer, and 1.5% Viognier. It’s produced in the Charmat style and has notes of white florals, citrus, and lychee. Sugar Content: 16 g/L

Cuvée: Made from 58.3% Gewurtraminer, 33.3% Riesling, and 8.3% Viognier, this wine was aged for 18 months in French Oak. It’s medium bodied and dry with notes of peach, lychee, and delicate florals. Sugar Content: 2 g/L

2021 Gamay Noir Reserve: This Gamay Noir Reserve is made from 100% Estate Grown Gamay Noir grapes aged in French Oak for 30 months. It is bolder than your typical Gamay Noir due to barrel aging. Deep ruby in colour, it is medium bodied, dry and has elegant notes of strawberry, red plum, cedar and oak spice. Sugar Content: 2 g/L
