2024 Sparkling Rose: Made from 100% Estate grown Gamay Noir grapes, this sparkling was made by the Charmat Method. It's medium bodied and off-dry, with notes of pink grapefruit, raspberry, strawberry, and violets. Sugar Content: 18 g/L. Alcohol Content: 11%
2021 Ripasso: This wine is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, made from the grapes grown on our estate. Created in the Italian winemaking Ripasso, this wine is full bodied and dry with notes of cherry, chocolate, and vanilla. Sugar: 5 g/L. ABV: 14%
2021 Gamay Noir Reserve: This Gamay Noir Reserve is made from 100% Estate Grown Gamay Noir grapes aged in French Oak for 30 months. It is bolder than your typical Gamay Noir due to barrel aging. Deep ruby in colour, it is medium bodied, dry and has elegant notes of strawberry, red plum, cedar and oak spice. This wine also won a Silver Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards with a total of 91 Points. Sugar Content: 2 g/L. Alcohol Content: 13.5%
