Here's a little about each wine:
Blanc de Blancs: This crisp & bubbly wine is made from 51% Riesling, 19% Muscat, 15% Sauv Blanc, 13.5% Gewurztraminer, and 1.5% Viognier. It’s produced in the Charmat style and has notes of white florals, citrus, and lychee. Sugar Content: 16 g/L. Alcohol Content: 12%.
2025 Franc Blanc: This white wine is made from Cabernet Franc grapes! This is achieved by removing the grape skins to prevent colour extraction. This wine is medium bodied and off-dry with notes of strawberry, raspberry, honeysuckle, and white raisins. Alcohol Content: 13.5%
2024 Rosé: This medium bodied Rosé is made from 100% Estate Grown Gamay Noir grapes. It boasts delicate notes of strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry. Sugar Content: 20 g/L. Alcohol Content: 11%
Cuvée: Made from 58.3% Gewurtraminer, 33.3% Riesling, and 8.3% Viognier, this wine was aged for 18 months in French Oak. It’s medium bodied and dry with notes of peach, lychee, and delicate florals.
2023 Gamay Noir: Made from 100% Gamay Noir grapes, this vintage is medium bodied, dry, and fruit forward. Expect notes of raspberry, red currant, oak spice & vanilla. Sugar Content: 3 g/L. Alcohol Content: 13%
2023 Merlot Reserve: Our first 100% Merlot vintage! Aged for 24 months in French Oak, it is medium bodied and dry with notes of black cherry, vanilla, and oak spice. Alcohol Content: 14%
