Q. How much does a CLUB180 membership cost?

A. Our wine club offers members choice and freedom to purchase the wines they desire with no wine club membership fees. The cost of each shipment is based on the bottle pricing and a minimum purchase of 3 bottles per shipment is required.

Q. How does the membership work?

A. Choose between every other month or quarterly shipments with a minimum of 3 bottles per shipment. We’ll send you an email with wine club info, offers, and a link to select and purchase your next shipment. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days and a tracking notification will be emailed to you once your wine club order is on its way.

Q. When will my CLUB180 membership start?

A. Your shipments are based on the frequency you chose for your membership however if you just signed up and would like to receive a shipment right away, we can absolutely help you with that. Just send an email to Club180@180wines.ca.

Quarterly membership shipments: February, May, August, November

Bimonthly membership shipments: February, April, June, August, October, December

Q. How do I place my wine order?

A. You will receive an email with details regarding your upcoming shipment and a link to our ecommerce site. Once you select your wines you will be required to review your cart, enter your personal information including your credit card which will be charged at time of purchase.

Q. What is the ‘Friends with Benefits’ membership perk?

A. We’ve partnered with 16 amazing wineries in the Niagara region! Each month you will have the opportunity to visit our partner of the month and receive a complimentary wine tasting for you and 3 friends. Please note that reservations are required.

Q. Can I take advantage of the CLUB180 perks and offers if I don’t order wine or pause my membership?

A. You must be an active member to take advantage of all club perks. An active member is someone who purchases wine at the interval they chose for their membership.

Q. Do I have to get only red wine or white wine with my shipment?

A. With CLUB180 you’re the boss! Your membership allows you to choose the wines you want and not restrict you to specific packages and selections. Choose from red, white, rose, or mix it up.

Q. When will you bill my credit card?

A. You will be required to enter your credit card details and charged at the time you choose your wine shipment.

Q. Will I be charged shipping fees?

A. As we don’t charge a membership fee to cover administrative costs, we charge a minimal shipping fee on orders less than $100. Here are the rates:

Ontario: $20

Quebec: $25

Western Canada & Maritimes: $35

Q. Can I pick up my wine club order at the winery?

A. Absolutely! We would love to see you and will let you know once your order is ready for pickup. This is also a great way to save on shipping costs if your order is under $100.

Q. Can I temporarily pause my CLUB180 membership?

A. Yes, you can pause your membership by sending an email to club180@180wines.ca. You will not have access to any member perks during this time.

Q. How do I cancel my CLUB180 membership?

A. You can cancel your membership anytime with no hidden fees or charges by sending an email to club180@180wines.ca.
