Made from 100% Estate grown Gamay Noir grapes, this sparkling was made by the Charmat Method.
It's medium bodied and off-dry, with notes of pink grapefruit, raspberry, strawberry, and violets.

Our 2019 Bourbon Red is a Partial Appassimento style Cabernet Merlot aged in Jim Beam bourbon barrels. It’s full bodied, dry, and smooth. Expect notes of bourbon, cherry, blackberry & chocolate.
